Hallo,
jetzt kann ich endlich Linux wieder neu starten. Es gibt aber noch ein Problem:
beim Neustart muss ich immer noch grub> exit eingeben, erst dann kann ich wählen zwischen Linux un Win10.
Es sind 2 SSD im Laptop vorhanden. Auf der 1. befindet sich Win10 und auf der 2.,mit extremer Hilfe hier im Forum, LinuxMint.
Was kann ich tun um dieses "grub>exit" auszuschalten?
Grüße in der Hoffnung auf Hilfe um diesen Fehler zu beseitigen

Das hat der nette Mod selber so empfohlen, damit der verlinkte Thread nicht chaotisch und endlos wird! ;)

erst dann kann ich wählen zwischen Linux un Win10.
Kommt dann der Linux Grub zur Auswahl oder der Windows Bootmanager?

Auch gut, aber dann sollte man doch den anderen schließen, sonst wird dort noch jemand antworten, obwohl es hier weitergeht.

PS: Ich habe das bisher nur so kennengelernt, daß der Threadersteller für den neuen selben Thread eine Abmahnung bekam, und der Thread geschlossen wurde. Furchtbar, diese neue Art von Libertät heute . . . ::)

Was ist denn aktuell für ein System installiert? Mich irritiert der verwendete 5.8-Kernel.
inxi -FUnd bitte Codeblöcke verwenden. Da hat dich Borrtux doch auch noch einmal darauf hingewiesen.

Der Treiber aus den Repos ist normalerweise nur für  5.4-Kernel.

Deinstallation:
sudo dkms remove rtl8821ce/5.5.2.1 --allAktuelle Variante für 5.8-Kenel herunterladen und installieren:
cd Downloads
wget http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/r/rtl8821ce/rtl8821ce-dkms_5.5.2.1-0ubuntu4_all.deb
sudo dpkg -i rtl8821ce-dkms_5.5.2.1-0ubuntu4_all.deb
Keine Fehler? - Neustart und Test.

Du musst den Volleditor benutzen, der sich nach Klick auf "Antwort" öffnet! In der Schnellantwort ist der nicht zu finden.
