Moin,

habe meinem etwas älteren Läppie eine Neu- Installation von Windows10 nebst allen Updates gegönnt.
Alles im grünen Bereich.

Dann habe ich mit Hilfe einer iso- DVD Mint ( 19.2 Cinnamon ) installiert. Lief auch alles gut ab.

Wenn ich jetzt den Läppie starte, kommt auch das Auswahlfeld - siehe Bild - !!

Nun mit den Pfeiltasten auf Windows 10, dann "ENTER", aber nichts passiert...  :(   Selbes Bild kommt wieder, wieder lässt sich Win10 nicht aktivieren...
Wenn nun jemand einen Tipp für mich hätte  ::)
Antwort bitte auch für einen Windows- Jünger verständlich formulieren  :-* Danke!!

Ich kann da nichts auffälliges/fehlerhaftes erkennen - es sieht aus wie eine saubere "BIOS-Installtion".
1. Versuch
- das installierte Mint starten und das Terminal öffnen
- im Terminal nacheinander ausführen
sudo grub-install /dev/sdaund
sudo update-grubDie Terminalausgaben bitte hier posten (wenn möglich im Codeblock - Infos zum Codeblock - siehe oben - Hilfe)
2. Bringen die Befehle keine Abhilfe dann
- das Mint Live-System booten und
- mit der Anwendung "Boot-Repair" eine Reparatur durchführen

danke! Sitze an einem anderen PC, daher wieder "nur" ein Bild....
Kannst du einen Fehler entdecken? Ich bin gespannt  :)

Mache gerade "boot-repair"... mal schauen...

Habe den Läppie neu gestrtet und Win10 ausgewählt.
Es erschien ein schwarzer Bildschirm mit blinkendem Strich..
Hat sich also was getan, aber nicht das Erhoffte...  :-[
Wenn ich den Start durchlaufen lasse, kommt wieder Mint, ohne Probleme.

Nachtrag:
wenn ich den Läppie laufen lasse beim schwarzen Bildschirm mit blinkendem Strich schaltet er sich nach etwa 90 Sekunden aus...

Da wirst du wohl einmal mit der WIN-DVD reparieren müssen - danach wird wahrscheinlich Mint nicht mehr booten ?!
Hast du eine Supergrub2Disk (SG2D) zur Hand (damit kannst du dann Mint starten und grub neu schreiben)
Wenn nicht leg dir eine an - Download hier

funktioniert auch auf einem USB-Stick.

Moin,

der Läppie kam sehr gut mit Win10 zurecht, keine Probleme. Nicht ganz soooo schnell, aber ausreichend.
Booten ohne Probleme möglich.
Habe mir jetzt "super-grub" runtergeladen. Erst mit der Win10- DVD versuchen, oder gleich "super-grub"?

hab' ich gemacht, keinen Erfolg gehabt.
Kam (z.B.) die meldung: "Beenden und mit Win10 fortsetzen"...., kam wieder das Auswahlfeld, dann wieder Win10 ausgewählt: schwarzer BS mit weissem Strich....
Konnte auch keinen Wiederherstellungspunkt auswählen, war noch keiner angelegt....
