[gelöst] Spontane Grafik- und Audioprobleme nach Neustart

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe extrem nervige Probleme, wenn ich den Rechner starte.
Zu 90% habe ich ein ganz normales Verhalten.

Aber zu ca. 10% kommt es zu Problemen. Da ist dann der Tag für mich fast schon gelaufen  >:(
Hier eine Auflistung aller möglichen Szenarien (manchmal existiert nur eines der Probleme, manchmal aber auch mehrere möglich):

- das Login-Fenster begrüßt mich im 640x480-Modus
- das Login-Fenster im Modus 1920x1080, nach dem Einloggen von user "A" bin ich aber im 640x480-Modus, beim Wechsel zu user "B" aber normal 1920x1080. Einloggen und Ausloggen hilft dann. Umgekehrt auch möglich (zuerst user "A" ok, dann Wechsel nach user "B" im 640x480-Modus).
- der Ton "stottert" (dann aber bei beiden Usern).

Jedesmal wenn ich im 640-480-Modus bin, erscheint das bekannte Fenster wie im Anhang.

Leider habe ich keinerlei Fehlermeldungen in dmesg, syslog und Xorg.log gefunden.
Daher hoffe ich, hier Hilfe zu bekommen.

Beim Noveau-Treiber hatte ich das Problem, dass beim User-Wechsel manchmal der Bildschirm "einfriert" und nur ein Neustart geholfen hat. Das habe ich beim nvidia-Treiber noch nicht festgestellt (dafür aber die Probleme oben).

Werden dir keine anderen Nvidia-Treiber angeboten? Die würde ich auch testen.

Es werden auch die Treiber 390 und 450 angeboten. Auch das habe ich schon probiert. Hat leider nichts geändert.

Dein Kernel ist zu alt! Installiere den 5.8er. Das war hier schon x-mal in letzter Zeit Thema. ;)

Ich muss den Thread leider wieder aufmachen, die Bildschirmauflösung 640x480 hat mich nach dem Neustart wieder begrüßt  :(

Links der Log vom kaputten Bootvorgang, rechts der dritte Neustart, der dann endlich wieder die normale Bildschirmauflösung gebracht hat.
Links fehlt aus irgendwelchen Gründen das "loading driver: nvidia"

Danke, hab's mal eingebaut in /lib/systemd/system/lightdm.service. Allerdings keine 5 Sekunden "sleep", das wäre angesichts von insgesamt 20 Sekunden Bootzeit dann wohl übertrieben.
Ich habe selbst auch schon die Vermutung gehabt, es könnte eine Art "race condition" sein, weil das Problem nur spontan auftrat (aber wenn dann immer mit einem Fluchen verbunden).

Update:
Die künstlich eingebaute Verzögerung darf nicht der Weisheit letzter Schluss sein.
Im englisch-sprachigen Forum habe ich eine andere Lösung gefunden: https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?p=1895521:

In /etc/modules folgendes eintragen:
nvidia
nvidia-drm
nvidia-modeset

(die Datei gab es in meiner Installation, hatte aber bisher nur Kommentarzeilen beinhaltet).
Auch damit scheint es zu gehen (nach etlichen Reboots bisher keine Probleme).
