WLAN-Karte NFA435 nicht erkannt

Moin Leute,

seit einiger Zeit streikt die WLAN-Karte meines Acer E5-573G unter Mint 18.2. Laut Datenblatt ist eine Qualcomm Atheros NFA435 verbaut. Unter vorinstalliertem Win10 funktionierte sie problemlos, unter Mint zunächst auch, bis plötzlich im Netzwerkmanager kein WLAN mehr auftauchte. Daraufhin habe ich Win10 wieder installiert, ging auch nichts mehr. Nachdem Windows mal gehörig abgeschmiert war, funktionierte wieder alles tadellos, auch nach erneutem Wechsel auf ein Mint (jeweils Singleboot). Jetzt wird sie wieder nicht erkannt. Hatte bisher auf einen ähnlichen heilenden Absturz gehofft :D

In beiden Fällen wird die Karte von inxi und iwconfig nicht aufgeführt (im Gegensatz zu den Problemen, welche auf der gleichen Hardware schon häufiger hier als auch bei Ubuntuusers behandelt wurden). Die dortigen Empfehlungen (z.B. https://www.linuxmintusers.de/index.php?topic=30955.0) der Treiberinstallation habe ich mehrfach mit verschiedenen Versionen versucht, zuckt sich nichts.

Ich hoffe hier hat jemand ne Idee, bin den Stick langsam leid :D Anbei noch etwas Datenmaterial.

@nudels danke für die Bemühung, aber das habe ich gleich als erstes probiert....

Hallo,
die WLAN-Karte steht nicht in der Liste der erkannten PCI-Geräte, dann noch diverse Fehler beim ACPI-System, der Interruptzuordnung und beim Prozessor. Möglicherweise ist da sogar etwas defekt. BIOS ist aktuell (V1.37 02/16/2016), da kann man nicht ansetzen.

Installiere zunächst die anscheinend fehlende Intel Firmware und eine Moduloption für das Acer Steuermodul setzen:
sudo apt-get install --reinstall intel-microcode
echo "options acer_wmi wireless=1" | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/acer-wmi_options.conf
Neustart und erneut abfragen um vergleichen zu können:
ifconfig -a
iwconfig
lspci -nnk
dmesg | egrep -i 'ath|acpi|firm|fail|err|net'
Und zusätzlich bitte noch:

Mmh. Microcode war eigentlich installiert, zumindest laut grafischer Treiberverwaltung. Hab ihn trotzdem nochmal neu installiert. Danach hängte sich der Rechner beim ersten Neustart auf....

Die Fehlermeldungen zu CPU sind jetzt weg. Teste nun weitere Bootoptionen zur Interruptsteuerung, dem Systemtimer und zum ACPI-System:
sudo sed -i "s/GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""/GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="lapic acpi=force apm=off acpi_irq_balance hpet=force clocksource=hpet"/g" /etc/default/grub
sudo update-grub
Neustart und erneut testen wie gehabt.

Variante 2:
sudo sed -i "s/clocksource=hpet/clocksource=acpi_pm"/g" /etc/default/grub
sudo update-grub

sed: -e Ausdruck #1, Zeichen 46: Nicht beendeter `s'-Befehl

Die zweite öffnet mir nur einen Prompt.
Ich habe zwar ein paar Grundkenntnisse, aber alles was tiefer ins System geht sind leider spanische Dörfer für mich...

Fehlerbereinigt:

2. Variante: update-grub wirft den Fehler

Ok, dass wird auch nicht die eigentliche Ursache sein. Lass die Konfiguration zunächst einmal wie sie ist.
1. kommt man an die WLAN-Karte über eine Serviceklappe auf der Geräteunterseite gut heran?
2. setze das BIOS/UEFI mal auf Werkseinstellungen zurück

Ich fürchte, dass es sich ansonsten um ein Hardwareproblem handelt, welches einen kleinen Eingriff in das Gerät erforderlich macht. Die vorhergehenden Systemabstürze, auch unter Windows, lassen darauf schließen.

Die Rücksetzung hat nichts gebracht, hatte ich vorher auch schon mal versucht.
Ich habe mich jetzt mit dem Händler in Verbindung gesetzt.
